rivomi is one workspace for the whole motion: finding buyers in the act, judging who is worth it, and opening a conversation they will want to answer.
Signal agents
Who to talk to, this week
Point an agent at the places your buyers gather. It checks them a few times a day and brings back everyone who shows up, enriched and scored against the segment you described.

Why start from a signal
Outbound that starts from a real moment, judged by your standards, sent like you would send it.
Signals, not stale lists
Everyone rivomi finds did something this week. You are never the first reason they thought about the problem.
Scored against your buyer
One to three flames, next to the sentence that explains why and what they actually wrote. No black-box score out of 100.
Your account, at a human pace
Daily caps, a ramp for new senders, quiet hours in your timezone, and a do-not-contact list checked before every send.
Your call is final
Disagree with a score in one click. Anyone you mark as not a fit is suppressed: never drafted, never messaged.
Not every signal is worth the same. So rivomi ranks its sources by how often they pay off.

Anika, the stale-list drop matched what we saw too. We started from people already in the conversation instead. Worth comparing notes?

The new standard for
LinkedIn outbound

Set up once,
powered by rivomi
Four steps. The first takes a couple of minutes; the other three are the agent’s job.
Paste your website. rivomi reads it and drafts your buyer segment: titles, industries, size, geography, the words that matter and the ones that disqualify. You correct it. That is the setup.

The things people ask
before they connect an account
About five minutes. Read the people your agent found, agree or disagree with a handful of scores, approve the drafts you like, and answer whoever replied. Everything else runs whether you open it or not.
No. Finding and enriching people is done through data providers. Your connected LinkedIn account only ever does what you would do yourself: send a connection request, send a message, read a reply. How rivomi protects your account.
Yes. Acting on a LinkedIn account through anything other than LinkedIn is against LinkedIn’s user agreement, and the account holder carries that risk. We would rather say so here than in a footnote. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out exactly what it means before you connect anything. Read the policies.
One unit of work you would recognise: one person enriched, or one AI judgement about them, like a score or a drafted message. Reading a page of commenters is not a credit; that is plumbing, and we pay for it. What a credit buys.
Not if they are in the workspace. Members share prospects, suppression and history, so the same person is not approached twice from two seats.
Yes. Everything the app does is available over a versioned REST API and an MCP server, scoped to a workspace with a key you issue and revoke. Point Claude at your workspace and ask it who replied this week. The API and MCP server.
Plenty of good buyers never comment on anything. If yours are a group you can name, like “financial advisors in the US”, the agent can pull them by title and score them on fit alone, so nobody is marked down for being quiet. You can also bring your own list as a CSV. How directory sourcing works.
Those tools send a sequence to a list you bring. rivomi decides who belongs on the list this week, tells you why, and writes a first line about what they actually did. It also sends less, on purpose: caps, a ramp and quiet hours are on from day one. rivomi and HeyReach, side by side.
Read all the answers, from credits to what happens when LinkedIn restricts an account.

Actually yes, we’re choosing a tool this month. Free Thursday?
Thursday works. Sending an invite.
Somebody described your problem this morning. Find out who.
Tell rivomi what you sell and point an agent at the conversation. It checks a few times a day, so tomorrow morning there is a list of people worth talking to, and the reason for each one.
